Inspecting Property

Sharp Equity advertises properties for sale that are both occupied and vacant. Viewing occupied properties can be a dangerous undertaking, and although this has been done by some of our purchasers with success, we DO NOT endorse this activity and it is your choice and your risk. In some cases, the occupants in the home are in the process of being evicted and threatened to be removed from the premises if they do not vacate by a certain date. Their actions and reactions could be the result of the extremely emotional situation they are in.

Sharp equity suggests that property inspections be conducted after a property becomes vacant. All of our properties are put on a master key once they become vacant. Please contact us to obtain a key for your viewing convenience.
