Sharp Equity owns and controls all of our own properties. We don’t broker other wholesaler’s properties so you can rest assured you are buying directly from the source. This means there is ample opportunity to receive a fee or commission from the Buyer on top of our Wholesale price, while still offering the buyer a substantially below market price on the property they are interested in.
Sharp Equity lists all property pricing as ‘net to seller’ meaning there is no co-broke or commission tagged on to our prices.

There are short sale listings and REO’s all over the MLS. The majority of short sale deals take weeks if not months to get anywhere, and typically never happen. REO deals tend to carry their fair share of headaches as well whether it’s an unresponsive bank or an overwhelmed title company. On average, you can find REO Homes at discounts of 5-10%.When working with Sharp Equity Homes you have direct access to recently foreclosed properties at discounts of 20-35% of true market value. There is no upper level approval process with our deals. When an offer is submitted, a decision is made the same day. YOU create your commission and add it to the purchase price.
